The Faculty of Islamic Studies at UIII proudly hosted its 2025 Judicium Ceremony, honoring the accomplishments of 55 graduates who have successfully completed their academic journey.

This year’s graduating class includes 18 students from the MA in Islamic Studies (Regular), 14 students from the Dual Degree program—comprising eight in collaboration with the University of Edinburgh and six with SOAS University of London—and 23 students from the MA in Takhassus (Classical Islam).

In the Takhassus program, Hantrini Rolistiani was recognized as the Best Graduate for achieving the highest GPA, followed by Hasan Rusydi and Ali Muhtadin as Second Best Graduates, and Faiz Yousef as the Third Best Graduate. In addition to academic achievements, the Faculty also highlighted contributions to scholarly and social life. Muhammad Fadli received the award for Most Productive Graduate in Community Engagement, while Ali Muhtadin and Hasan Rusydi were honored with the award for Most Productive in Publication.

In the Regular program, the Best Graduate award was presented to Egi Tanadi, with Muhammad Nuril Fauzan and Md Mahdi Hasan named as the Second and Third Best Graduates, respectively. Furthermore, Fithri Dzakiyyah Hafizah and Syamsul Haq were acknowledged for their active participation in social initiatives, each receiving the title of Most Productive Graduate in Community Engagement.

In recognition of publication achievements, Md Mahdi Hasan, Mariati Aprilia Harahap, Egi Tanadi, Syamsul Haq, and Muhammad Nuril Fauzan were honored for their outstanding scholarly contributions throughout their studies.

The ceremony concluded on an inspiring note, underscoring that graduation marks not an end, but the beginning of a lifelong journey of learning, research, and service. The Faculty extended its warmest wishes to all graduates, confident that they will embody UIII’s values of excellence, integrity, and social responsibility in every path they pursue.
